Arsalan Pourkabirian is the Head of Semiconductor Devices at Low Noise Factory (LNF), Sweden. He earned his Ph.D. in 2014 from Chalmers University of Technology, Sweden, where he studied classical and quantum noise in nano devices. After his doctoral work, Dr. Pourkabirian conducted postdoctoral research (2014–2016) at the Microwave Electronics Laboratory, Chalmers University, focusing on cryogenic InP high-electron-mobility transistors. Since 2017, he has been with Low Noise Factory (LNF), leading the engineering team responsible for microfabrication and testing of cryogenic amplifiers. His expertise includes advanced cryogenic device development and the integration of state-of-the-art semiconductor technologies.
